Session Description
This session with be a live participatory launch of OER19 themed remixable artwork. Using Visual Thinkery’s “Remixer” web app, participants will be empowered to remix the artwork, publish and share with others. This, in turn, allows others to remix their remix, and so on. The Remixer web app displays the remixes as they are created, as well as their remix ancestry. Could this be what CC-BY-SA was made for?
The idea for this participatory session follows on from the success of the remixable postcard art which formed part of the 2018 ALT Conference.
Session content
Get the low down on the OER19 Remixer web app, and get the heads up on how to release your creation into the wild. Expect to see unexpected outputs, because when it comes to a remix, we all bring our individual creative context.
